Raffle Brownies
Rich, fudgy and irresistibly indulgent, these Raffle Swirl Brownies are a decadent twist on a classic favourite. Made with Famasons Brownie Premix, the batter bakes into a dense, chocolatey base with a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
A generous swirl of Famasons Raffle Spread is layered through the top, creating beautiful patterns and pockets of creamy, nutty sweetness in every bite. The result is a perfectly balanced brownie with deep chocolate flavour and a luxurious finish.

Yield: 16 Brownies
Ingredients:
| 500 g | Famasons Brownie Premix |
| 75 g | Water, room temperature |
| 15 g | Oil, vegetable |
| 125 g | Yellow Mastercraft Margarine, melted |
| 150 g | Famasons Raffle Spread |
Method:
- Collect all the ingredients from
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Line a 20 cm x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and grease with Pan Release Greaso.
- Place the brownie mix, water, oil, eggs and melted margarine in a bowl and whisk for 1 minute until there are no dry spots remaining. Do not over mix the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the Famasons Raffle Spread in a zig-zag pattern on top of the brownie mix and using a skewer, created patterns in the top of the mix.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool and then cut into 5 cm x 5 cm brownies.
