Raffle Brownies

Rich, fudgy and irresistibly indulgent, these Raffle Swirl Brownies are a decadent twist on a classic favourite. Made with Famasons Brownie Premix, the batter bakes into a dense, chocolatey base with a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

A generous swirl of Famasons Raffle Spread is layered through the top, creating beautiful patterns and pockets of creamy, nutty sweetness in every bite. The result is a perfectly balanced brownie with deep chocolate flavour and a luxurious finish.

Yield: 16 Brownies

Ingredients:

 

500 g Famasons Brownie Premix
75 g Water, room temperature
15 g Oil, vegetable
125 g Yellow Mastercraft Margarine, melted
150 g Famasons Raffle Spread

Method:

  1. Collect all the ingredients from
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  3. Line a 20 cm x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and grease with Pan Release Greaso.
  4. Place the brownie mix, water, oil, eggs and melted margarine in a bowl and whisk for 1 minute until there are no dry spots remaining. Do not over mix the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Pour the Famasons Raffle Spread in a zig-zag pattern on top of the brownie mix and using a skewer, created patterns in the top of the mix.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool and then cut into 5 cm x 5 cm brownies.

    1. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator at < 4 °C for up to 4 days.
