Pistachio Vanilla Loaf
Elegant, moist and beautifully marbled, this Pistachio Vanilla Loaf brings together classic vanilla flavour with rich, nutty pistachio indulgence. Made with Famasons Vanilla Cake Premix, the light and fluffy batter is swirled with smooth pistachio spread to create a striking ribbon effect and a delicate nutty depth in every slice.
Once baked to golden perfection, the loaf is finished with a silky white chocolate ganache, then topped with toasted chopped pistachios for added texture and visual appeal.

Method:
- Collect all the ingredients from storage.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Line a 23 cm x 13 cm loaf tin with parchment paper and grease it with Pan Release Greaso.
- Toast the pistachios and roughly chop them as decoration.
Pistachio Loaf:
- Place the Famasons Vanilla Cake Premix, water, and eggs into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- Whisk on slow speed for 1 minute to combine the ingredients.
- Stop the mixer, scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and then whisk on high speed for 6-8 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.
- Place the pistachio spread in the microwave for 30 seconds to thin out slightly.
- Pour the pistachio spread over the batter in a swirl motion and create swirl patterns using a palette knife or butter knife.
- Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes until baked through and an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to fully cool before decorating.
White Chocolate Ganache:
- Place the cream in a pot and heat just before boiling point.
- Place the Famasons White Couverture Chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream over.
- Allow to sit for 2 minutes so the chocolate can melt.
- Mix the ganache with a spatula until smooth and all the chocolate is melted.
Decoration:
- Drizzle the top of the pistachio vanilla loaf with the ganache in a zig-zag motion so the white chocolate ganache is dripping down the sides of the loaf.
- Once the chocolate is almost set, create a line down the center of the length of the loaf with the roasted and chopped pistachios.
Storage:
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
